Guelaguetza 2023 In Iztapalapa

Clara Brugada, Mayor of Iztapalapa, is holding a press conference today to announce the activities and celebration of the Guelaguetza that will take place in the Zocalo of Mexico City as part of the activities for its 2023 edition. The Guelaguetza has its origins in pre-Hispanic times, and it is worth mentioning that this festivity began with a ritual that was performed to the ancient gods in a place called Daninayaaloani or Hill of Beautiful View.
