Corpus Christi Ceremony In Lisbon
Catholic devotees wearing the clothes of their respective confraternities are seen walking during the Corpus Christi procession, which is traveling through several streets of Lisbon, Portugal, on June 6th, 2023. Corpus Christi Day is a national religious feast celebrated 60 days after Easter, on the Thursday following the first Sunday after Pentecost. On this day, the Church is celebrating the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Jesus Christ.
