Libya Dawn - Libyan Civil War
Noveber 19, 2014 - Misrata, Libya - African migrants work on a construction site in downtown Misrata. While much of the country is in termoil, Misrata sees itslef as a model of stability. The city is under firm control of local militias associated with the Libya Dawn movement and the National Salvation Government in Tripoli.
