Daily Life In Leon
A sculpture of Gaudi is sitting in front of Casa Botines, a modernist-style building in the Spanish city of Leon. Originally serving as a commercial warehouse and private residence, it was built and designed by the architect Antoni Gaudi between 1891 and 1892. This building is one of only three of his works located outside of Catalonia and was declared a Historical Monument of Cultural Interest in 1969. (Photo by Joaquin Gomez Sastre/NurPhoto)
