Additionally, he is discussing the direct appointment of the new minister of the Supreme Court of Justice, following the Senate of the Republic's rejection of the second shortlist that the federal Executive had sent to that chamber, after two rounds of voting in which none of the three candidates achieved the necessary qualified majority.
