Protest Of Free Poles In Warsaw
PiS MP Przemyslaw Czarnek is participating in the Free Poles Protest organized by Law and Justice, walking through the streets of the capital in Warsaw, Poland, on January 11, 2024. The new coalition government's changes in the public media have sparked protests among PiS supporters. In response to personnel changes and the president's veto on the budget-related bill, PiS party politicians are occupying the public television's headquarters, and TVP is being put into liquidation. The PiS party is organizing the March of Free Poles protest in solidarity with the detained Mariusz Kaminski and Maciej Wasik, starting in front of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland and moving towards the Chancellery of Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
