Guido Westerwelle has died

German Vice Chancellor and Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle during a news conference at the end of a Foreign affairs ministers council in Brussels, Belgium on 2009-12-08 It was the first EU foreign minister council of the new High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs Ashton. Guido Westerwelle has died on March 18, 2016 in Cologne following complications from leukemia treatment. Westerwelle was also well known as Germany's first openly homosexual cabinet member.
