A 38-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot in Chicago, Illinois, United States, on April 24, 2024. On Wednesday evening, at approximately 10:30 p.m., on the 4800 block of W. Congress Parkway, police officers are responding to a call of shots fired in the area and have found the victim on the ground with a gunshot wound to the abdomen and two gunshot wounds to the right leg.
