On Tuesday afternoon, Chicago police officers are responding to the 2200 block of West Jackson Boulevard for a shooting, and when police arrive, they are discovering a 7-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to the chest. Police are rushing him to the hospital where he is being pronounced dead.
