Nepal's Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and former Prime Minister and Chairman of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba are meeting at the Nepali Congress Headquarters in Lalitpur, Nepal, on July 2, 2024. Nepali Congress and CPN-UML, led by Oli, are striking a midnight deal on July 2, 2024, to form a new alliance, leaders from both parties are confirming. With this, the new government formed on March 4 is set to collapse.
