WASHINGTON, D.C. — On Thursday, April 14, in the South Court Auditorium of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, Vice President Joe Biden honors "Champion of Change" Cadet Carson Warnberg, a First Class Cadet at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Carson currently serves as the Education Officer for the Cadets Against Sexual Harassment Program (CASHA). He is responsible for creating education aimed at eliminating sexual harassment and sexual assault, training and educating, and fostering a culture of bystander intervention in the Corps of Cadets.
