Upon arrival, officers observe 26-year-old Tyreek Moore who sustains a gunshot wound to the back and a 24-year-old man who sustains pain and bruising to the head. EMS responds to the location and transports the men to NYC Health & Hospitals/Jacobi, where 26-year-old Tyreek Moore is pronounced dead, while the 24-year-old man is listed in stable condition.
