Workers brought the dough lethek noodle from the oven in Srandakan, Bantul, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, on May 24, 2016. Lethek noodle is a traditional food made from tapioca dan cassava flour without preservatives. This traditional food since 1940 is how to make use of a grinding machine wtih cow power. Lethek noodle price IDR 65,000.
