People walk outside the Museo Universitario de Arte Contemporaneo (MUAC) at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in Mexico City, Mexico, on July 2, 2025. Located in the University Cultural Center, the MUAC is the first museum in Mexico conceived to disseminate modern art. Designed by Mexican architect Teodoro Gonzalez de Leon, this venue with a large sloping portico and glass roof opens in 2008 and houses UNAM's contemporary art collection, as well as temporary exhibitions.
