Located in the University Cultural Center, the MUAC is the first museum in Mexico conceived to disseminate modern art. Designed by Mexican architect Teodoro Gonzalez de Leon, this venue with a large sloping portico and glass roof is inaugurated in 2008 and houses UNAM's contemporary art collection, as well as temporary exhibitions.
