In Gdansk, Poland, on September 1, 2025, Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense, participates in a ceremony commemorating the 86th anniversary of the outbreak of World War II at the Monument to the Defenders of the Coast on Westerplatte. Westerplatte is a symbol of the outbreak of World War II. The defense of the Military Transit Depot becomes a symbol of Polish resistance against the aggression of the Third Reich.
