Mobile World Congress

A classic Samsung Galaxy S9 (Model SM-G960F) in Lilac Purple is displayed at the Samsung Electronics pavilion during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, on March 5, 2026. Originally launched at MWC 2018, this flagship device is powered by the Samsung Exynos 9810 (10nm) octa-core processor, featuring 4GB of RAM and a 5.8-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity Display. It is equipped with a 12-megapixel ''Super Speed Dual Pixel'' rear camera with a physical variable aperture (f/1.5 and f/2.4) and an 8-megapixel autofocus front camera. The exhibit highlights its capability to record ''Super Slow-mo'' video at 960 frames per second and the debut of AR Emoji. This model is recognized for its role in the development of AI-enhanced photography, contributing to the sensor processing and low-light capabilities in the Galaxy S26 series.
