A Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (Model SM-G998B) in Phantom Silver is displayed at the Samsung Electronics pavilion during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, on March 5, 2026. The device, released in 2021, is powered by the Samsung Exynos 2100 (5nm) chipset or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 in certain regions, and features up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM. It includes a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with Quad HD+ resolution and an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate. The quad-camera system is led by a 108-megapixel sensor with Laser Autofocus, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a dual-telephoto system with two 10-megapixel sensors offering 3x and 10x optical zoom for 100x Space Zoom. The front camera has a 40-megapixel sensor. The exhibit highlights this model as the first S-series smartphone to offer S Pen compatibility and 4K video recording at 60fps across all lenses, marking a transition toward the ultra-premium productivity and creator-focused tools now found in the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
