Foreign diplomats visit Kyiv apartment block hit by Russian missile

The residential building was struck by a missile, reportedly a Kh-101, at around 3:00 a.m. local time on May 14. The missile detonated inside the building, causing an entire section to collapse, resulting in the deaths of 24 people, including three children, and injuring 48 others.
