Foreign diplomats visit Kyiv apartment block hit by Russian missile
Rescuers talk during an effort to remove rubble at a nine-storey apartment block in the Darnytskyi district, where a missile destroyed a section, in Kyiv, Ukraine, on May 15, 2026. The residential building was struck by a missile, reportedly a Kh-101, at around 3:00 a.m. local time on May 14. The missile detonated inside the building, causing an entire section to collapse, resulting in the deaths of 24 people, including three children, and injuring 48 others.
