Vesak Festival In Indonesia
People observe a Buddha statue as devotees pray at a shopping mall in Tunjungan Plaza, Surabaya, East Java, on May 30, 2026. The largest transparent Buddha statue in Indonesia, made from approximately 12,360 meters of stainless steel wire weighing one ton, stands 5.6 meters tall and 4.6 meters wide.
