The main instrument of the Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory

Research fellows work with data they have gotten from the telescope in Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory in Pirqulu village, Azerbaijan on 26 September 2016. Shamakhi Astrophysical Observatory was opened in 1960 and renovated in 2008. The biggest telescope for observation has two meters of mirror diameter.
