Studying chess in Azerbaijan
Learners of the Quba Chess School play chess during a training lesson, Azerbaijan. Sports schools, especially chess schools, are supported by the Government in Azerbaijan. In 2009 the President Ilham Aliyev signed an executive order initiating a state-supported chess development program.
