Dam Burst Brazil one Year After
One year after the tragedy that killed 19 people and polluted one of Brazil's most important river basins, thieves has robbed everything they could from the houses hit by the "mud tsunami" in Camargos and Bento Rodrigues districts of Mariana. On Nov. 5th 2015, aprox. 40 billion liters of mining tailings contaminated mud broke from Samarco's (owned by Vale and BHP Blliton) Fundao dam, in the biggest enviromental disaster of Brazil's history.
