Idomeni is a village of a few dozen inhabitants, the edge of which has grown this field which was originally to be just a transit camp and host less than two thousand people: it is instead arrived to accommodate 15-16 thousand refugees who wanted to continue on to north, but who they are stranded in the plain of Idomeni fact, that as a result of the rains of recent days has become a big swamp.
