They said they did all the exams and none of them showed microcephaly. Brenda said The diagnosis does not change her love for her child. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has published a study that describes 13 cases in the states of Pernambuco and Ceará of infants whose mothers had zika during pregnancy.
