Festival of Thaipusam in Kuala Lumpur

Hindus devotees possessed by the god reacts in a state of trance as he's heading to the Batu caves in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on February 04, 2017. To mark this day, Hindus devotees pierce different part of their body with various metal skewers and carry pots of milk on their heads along couple of kilometers to celebrate the honor of Lord Subramaniam (Lord Murugan) in the Batu Caves, one of the most popular shrine outside India and the focal point to celebrate the Thaipusam Festival in Malaysia.
