Norwegian Salmon Presented by Flying Culinary Circus
Entertaining chefs, Tor Jorgen Kramprud Arnesen and Jon Marius Sletten of the world Famous Flying Culinary Circus, prepare some extraordinary dishes in Engenes Harbour on Andorja Island. One of their new creations 'Salmon New Style Sashimi' is made from amazingly fresh Norwegian salmon and served with other ingreedent like apple sorbet, dill and pomegranate, some of these prepared in liquid nitrogen.
