Eviction in Madrid - January 29, 2014

Gonzalez has debt with a City Hall Housing and Land Company as he could not afford to pay a protected rent of euros 586 a month due to his only income being a state handout of euros 426 a month. The City Hall Housing and Land Company (EMVS) recently sold the building to Fidere a real estate developer who now claims the Andrés's home which is part of that building.
