Celebration Of The Independence Of Krakow
Participants in WWI uniforms during the 100th anniversary celebration of the independence of Krakow. After 123 years of captivity, during which Poland was under the rule of three partitioning countries: Austria, Prussia and Russia, freedom finally came. On October 31, 1918, Krakow liberated itself from Austrian captivity.
