Blocking Taxi Drivers In Paris

Several dozen Taxis are blocking traffic on Boulevard Foch leading to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris during a major snail operation on Monday, May 20, 2019 on the highways and ring road in Paris to block the center of Paris to challenge the draft LOM (Loi d'Orientation des Mobilités) law currently under consideration. Taxi drivers are calling for the suspension of this bill, which would strengthen unfair competition from VTCs and Uber in particular and the simple application of the Grand Guillaume Act.
