First World Cup Of Chocolatines In Toulouse

A baker prepares the dough for chocolatines. The first World Cup of Chocolatine (French pastry) took place in Toulouse. 36 pastry chefs, apprentices and hobbyists participated at the contest. They have to make a traditionnal chocolatine (chocolate bread) and a revisited chocolatine. The chocolatines were tasted by a jury of Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (title given every 4 years to the best professionnal in his job).
