First World Cup Of Chocolatines In Toulouse
A meilleir Ouvrier de France looks at a classical chocolatine. The first World Cup of Chocolatine (French pastry) took place in Toulouse. 36 pastry chefs, apprentices and hobbyists participated at the contest. They have to make a traditionnal chocolatine (chocolate bread) and a revisited chocolatine. The chocolatines were tasted by a jury of Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (title given every 4 years to the best professionnal in his job).
