Taxi's refuse mandatory on board computers.
Den Haag, Netherland, on 18th February 2105. Rodney (front) and Renee (back), two taxi drivers are seen in their taxi van. Many taxi drivers are complaining about issues with mandatory on board computers. The on board units store the data from the taxi meters for tax purposes. Currently only one producer of these units still exists. Three out of four producers went out of business after failures following negligent implementation of the project by the government.
