A woman walks with an umbrella against the sun. For the 2nd time in a month, an intense heatwave is on Western Europe, particulary France. In Toulouse, temperatures reached 39°C at 6pm. Several records of temperature have been broken in Bordeaux, Paris, Le Mans, etc. More than 80 departments are under heat alert from Meteo-France.
