Unauthorized Dam In Saint-Pierre-de-Caubel

The dam overlooks the little village of saint-Pierre-de-Caubel. Farmers built a big reservoir without propers authorizations. The Prefecture of Lot-et-Garonne department refused two times to deliver authorizations due to environnemental concerns. Even so, farmers made the reservoir and the dam to irrigate maize and confront water scarcity as they said.
