Unauthorized Dam In Saint-Pierre-de-Caubel

This bedrock is to evacuate water if one day, there is too much water in the reservoir. Farmers built a big reservoir without propers authorizations. The Prefecture of Lot-et-Garonne department refused two times to deliver authorizations due to environnemental concerns.
