Young boys fish in a pond near high way 31 in Austin Indiana, areas like these are common places to find drug paraphernalia. With the recent outbreak of HIV spread by needle sharing its a worry that the area kids could accidentally be stuck by a used needles which are carelessly tossed in parks and along the roadsides . as of April,10,2015 there were 106 people confirmed to have the HIV virus.
