Firefighters Demonstrate In Paris

Firefighters in fire suits are gathering before the start of the demonstration on Tuesday 28 January 2020, at the call of the Professional Firefighters' Unions several thousand firefighters demonstrated in Paris between the Place de la République and the Place de la Nation to demand the revaluation of the fire bonus and their pensions. Clashes with the police broke out along the route of the procession and at the end of the demonstration where a few hundred people tried to break a bridge bar, the riot police used tear gas and the new GM2L grenades to push them back.
