First Day Of The 2nd Lockdown In Toulouse

The lockdown (for now) will end on Decembre 1st. There is fewer people in the streets than normal days as stay-at-home directives are enforced even if this second lockdown is less stringent than the first one during the spring. The French government took these measures as the Covid-19 infection rate is soaring. All shops deemed 'non essentials' are closed until further notice.
