Afthermath Of The Riots In Eindhoven Anti-lockdown Protest

The burned car infront of Eindhoven Centraal, central train station. The aftermath of the Anti-lockdown protest havoc in the city center of Eindhoven in the Netherlands. The second day of the strict Coronavirus Covid-19 lockdown measures with a curfew imposed between 21:00 and 04:30 by the Dutch government since January 23, 2021, in order to fight the spread of the pandemic and the new mutation. Hundreds of protesters clashed with the police in a rally against the new rules. The demonstration resulted in riots, looting and damaging shops, broken windows and damages at the train station, setting up fire of ProRail car, destroying bicycles and creating while burning them roadblocks, damaging advertisement stands, camera pillars, bus stop and stones were thrown towards the police. 55 arrests were made by the police while the train station was closed.
