Tourism In Greece
Greece opens for tourism since May 14 and the country is ready to receive the first tourism wave keeping all the COVID protocols in action. The country began easing the lockdown and curfew measures, opened the shops, bars and restaurants with strict rules. Aerial bird's eye panoramic view from a drone of beaches around the villages of Halkidiki area. The beach with the golden sand and transparent crystal-clear emerald water, exotic style just in front of the houses of Pefkohori and Potidea, typical for the Aegean Sea and the Mediterranean. Chalkidiki has a long coastline and is a popular destination for tourists and locals having hidden treasures, beach bars and parties in front of the sea or locations without the overcrowded summer scenes. The area is famous for the best beaches in the country in a driving distance, near the city of Thessaloniki. Greece is pushing for a COVID vaccination passport and the European Commission adopted the proposal, so the country can receive tourists during the seasonal tourism period.
