Aftermath Of Super Cyclone 'Yaas' In West Bengal
A man stands in front of her destroyed house caused by the cyclone. She lost every necessary material during the sudden flood caused by the broken embankment. On May 28, 2021 in West Bengal, India. According to report more than three hundred thousand homes were destroyed and the people directly were affected by the severe cyclone Yaas, as sea waters along the Bengal coast and rivers started swelling and breached embankments, after the landfall at Odisha at 9.30am on 26 May 2021. Various farms were directly affected by the salt water reached in the farming areas. The cities narrowly escaped from the cyclone hit but remaining coastal areas are in severe condition.
