Daily Life During The COVID-19 Pandemic In Ontario

COVID-19 test centre outside a church in Brampton, Ontario, Canada on October 23, 2021. The Province of Ontario announced a plan to lift all remaining public health restrictions by March, including the mandatory mask order and the vaccine passport system that only took effect last month. Ontario restaurants and gyms will to return to full capacity on October 25th and all other COVID-19 restrictions are slated to end by March 28, 2022. Medical Officer of Health Dr. Kieran Moore told reporters that "By March, we hope we've maximized our immunization strategy in Ontario and that we have more Ontarians immunized to the point that this virus doesn't have a host in which you can reproduce" and [at this point] "we will have to learn to live with this virus".
