Canadian Sikhs protest the use of the death penalty in India and execution of Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana. Thousands of Sikhs attended a Nagar Kirtan to celebrate Vaisakhi and showed their discontent with the Indian government. An Indian Court had issued death warrants for Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana and ordered him to be hanged on March 31st, 2012.
