Canadian Sikhs Protest The Execution Of Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana
April 29, 2012 - Toronto, Ontario, Canada --- Canadian Sikhs protest the use of the death penalty in India and execution of Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana. Thousands of Sikhs attended Canada's annual Khalsa Day Parade to celebrate Vaisakhi and showed their discontent with the Indian government. An Indian Court has issued death warrants for Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana, ordering him to be hanged on March 31st, 2012.
