Senate passes the PACT Act
Susan Zeier removes her son-in-law's jacket from his deployment in Iraq before speaking at a press conference following passage of the PACT Act. The jacket belonged to Heath Robinson, for whom the PACT Act is named, and she had pledged to wear it until the Act passed. With today's passage in the Senate, she removed the jacket before speaking. The legislation eases access to healthcare for veterans, active duty members, and their families suffering from toxin exposure. (Photo by Allison Bailey/NurPhoto)
