Cancellation of Dog Patron postage stamps in Kyiv

KYIV, UKRAINE - SEPTEMBER 1, 2022 - Head of the EOD group of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Chernihiv Region, owner Mykhailo Iliev, Ukrposhta JSC CEO Ihor Smilianskyi and artist behind the postage stamps Oleksandr Nikitiuk (L to R) attend the special cancellation ceremony of the Dog Patron postage stamps celebrating Patron (front), a detection dog with a bomb squad of the State Emergency Service (DSNS), Kyiv, capital of Ukraine. The Dog Patron postage stamps are the first charity stamps in Ukraine. The money raised will be used to purchase a mechanical demining vehicle and provide assistance to animal shelters. NO USE RUSSIA. NO USE BELARUS.
