Cancellation of Dog Patron postage stamps in Kyiv
KYIV, UKRAINE - SEPTEMBER 1, 2022 - Participants are pictured during the special cancellation ceremony of the Dog Patron postage stamps celebrating Patron (front), a detection dog with a bomb squad of the State Emergency Service (DSNS), Kyiv, capital of Ukraine. The Dog Patron postage stamps are the first charity stamps in Ukraine. The money raised will be used to purchase a mechanical demining vehicle and provide assistance to animal shelters. NO USE RUSSIA. NO USE BELARUS.
