Protest against executions in Iran
People carry letters spelling freedom in Farsi during a march against the Islamic regime's execution of protesters in Iran. Each letter contains the names of protesters at risk of execution. To date, two 23-year-old protesters have been executed: Mohsen Shekari and Majidreza Rahnavard, for ''waging war against God.'' Protests against the Islamic regime began in response to the death of Mahsa Amini but have evolved into a widespread movement against the regime. (Photo by Allison Bailey/NurPhoto)
